At Craft Club, we want you to love your home as much as we do. If a piece doesn't fit your space perfectly, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack with Care
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective materials are intact to prevent damage during transit.
Label and Ship
Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, secure it to the outside of your box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
